Native to Spain, Ms. Martin earned her Juris Doctor Degree at the Complutense University in Madrid. Also, she obtained a Master of Finance from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles and an LL.M in International Arbitration at the University of Miami where she graduated with honors.

Ms. Martin is licensed to practice law in New York and Spain. Ms. Martin joined Higbee & Associates after practicing International Arbitration and Construction law in multi-million legal matters. In addition, Ms. Martin has contributed her publications to two major international magazines.
